I've installed FTL under VirtualBox, in both 32-bit Windows Vista and 64-bit Ubuntu Linux.The small gray aura around 'Windows' is representative of the extra work needed to support Windows due to the different flavors of Windows.

'Windows' is closer to 'Linux' than 'Mac OS X' is because I originally conceived IMCROSS as a Windows-only thing, and only added Mac OS X to the project later, as an afterthought. I suspect the problem was caused by installing several desktops (cinnamon, kde, mate, plus others) on my system, so there's probably some sort of theme conflict. However, I created a fresh Virtualbox installation of Ubuntu 18.04 "Bionic" and didn't see the problem there, so I knew it was something corrupted in my main installation. For example if you search for "Windows", the system will return Windows XP, Windows 2000, etc., but if you are searching for a person called Robertson, the search will not find details if you enter "Robert". 
Word Match - Searches for entire words (separated by spaces or punctuation) and will not find partial words or substrings. I then remembered I had to enable any USB devices I wanted my VM to use in VirtualBox which was easy to do. Then ran glview (in my VM of course) and the program returned "Number of devices found: 0". Windows was unable to find drivers for it (as expected) but was at least able to name the device. So, I then hooked up the kinect to my machine. Does anyone know if Microsoft is making a fix for this or, if not, how to resolve this ongoing cloud integration issue? Thanks.
I updated to WP 8.1 back in late August and, ever since then, the OneDrive app icon has been greyed out and my OneDrive picture folders have been missing from the photo hub. I am running VirtualBox 5.2.18 with Guest Additions 5.2.18 Since the Guest was updated to April 2018 I have been unable to get Mouse Integration to work. I have a VirtualBox Host running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, with a Guest VM also running Windows 10 April 2018, both configured to use the same 2 screens 1920x1080, both scaled to 100%.
